I had a custom bracelet made, and they followed up with a concern about the weight being a bit more than the online options. They explained everything clearly, and while I did pay a little more, they still honored a very fair price. The craftsmanship—just from the picture—looks excellent, and I’m beyond excited to receive my order. Great customer service and beautiful work!

Jim NoneYa Great service and pricing. Honest. I had my ring resized, band made thicker and cleaned for 150 and it was all done in 2 hours. Other places were quoting me between 200 and 300 for the same work and wanted either days or a week for service. Glad I found this place. Will be back. Some cool Harley motorcycle and Masonic rings too.

Claire Long Absolutely loved working with Tyler to craft the perfect engagement ring. Each time I walked in the door, one of the staff greeted me right away. They were always so friendly, and Birch was wonderful at explaining the process of setting our stone. Would highly recommend, and we will be back to work with them in the future!

Emily K. Had the most outstanding experience with an employee named Nikki today. My mom was looking for a ring, as she has aged her wedding ring is too big and wide, and she wanted something smaller. She is 82 and mobility is a struggle, she doesn’t get out very much, and it’s a sensitive time- my dad has recently passed. Nikki was so kind and patient, helping her to find her new ring size and showed her a variety of shapes and types of rings. My mom was thrilled with the selection and assistance. I am so grateful for the time and attention to customer service! And it wasn’t just Nikki! I overheard other employees talking to customers, they were so impressive! It’s been a long time since I have been to a store where I have had an experience like that. I will definitely be back! Nikki also gave me a card for a jeweler if I’d like to get my mom’s wedding ring sized, very thoughtful!
