Spencer Wagley I went to shop for my wifes Valentines present and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted within seconds of entering the store and the sales associate took the time to show me around and help me with my selection. They had a sale buy 3 get 3 free and she let me know that this was going on. Over all it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

brianna horner I brought my ring in with a badly damaged prong, and Jordan did an incredible job fixing it. He explained that the end prong was almost completely torn, so he rebuilt it in a stronger profile style to prevent the same issue from happening again. He also reinforced another prong, kept the design consistent, and even straightened the head since it had been a little crooked. My ring looks beautiful, feels secure, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail he put into the repair. Highly recommend!

Chris Ojeda Walking into Zales at South Park Mall, we honestly just needed a quick ring cleaning. Life happens, and my partner’s engagement ring was looking a little less sparkly than usual! We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Carl Saxon Allen Jewelers did an outstanding job repairing my titanium watch band for my Garmin watch. I had taken it somewhere else and they told me it needed substantially more work. Allen Jewelers repaired it quickly without any issues. They were prompt and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
