Richard came over and gave me some very good and insightful information to help me when selling gold jewelry. He does sell some very nice jewelry at his store. He is also opening a new store on 518 very soon.

Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers. Sri Y This Malabar store has Great collection. Bringing this much large varities to USA is really wonderful.Completely felt like shopping experience in India. We got 6 gold bangles set last year in their store and Kalpana helped very well. She showed all collection patiently during our shopping experience. So again we asked her as our shopping rep this year too and we had very pleasant time. We got gem stone necklace, gem stone bangles, gem stone earrings, gold hoops, gold daily wear jhumka and gold party wear jhumka. Designs are super awesome.

I have had jewelry repaired here and most recently they created a custom ring that has three generations of stones. The craftsmanship is incredible and the photos don’t do it justice!!!! Jesper Kim Great place to go to get a trusted price for any valuable pieces. I was able to sell two different pieces and got an amazing deal. Yosef was thorough during the process and explained what he looked for and how it was valued. Felt comfortable letting the pieces go and definitely would come back if I have anything else to sell.
