Christine Renjit I have had consistently poor experiences trying to reach Pandora by phone. Anytime I have a quick question—just something simple I want to check before driving to the store—no one picks up. I would estimate about 95% of my calls go unanswered. During peak times, like Mother’s Day, it’s even worse. I called multiple times to ask about the availability of a specific charm, but couldn’t get through to anyone. I finally decided to go to the store in person, only to be told the last one had sold less than an hour before I arrived. If the phone line actually worked, I could’ve saved myself the time and frustration. For a brand as big as Pandora, I expected better customer service.

Walela Wonderful, unique jewelry made with a conscious nod toward reusing and upcycling. I love all the expressive use of color and design - and that its created using old tin boxes! Ive been able to get custom work done. The jewelry is so well made. Communication is fantastic. I love this jewelry!

Lulu P Southern Gem is so appropriately named, considering that the store is a true gem of Burleson. The store itself is beautiful- from the gorgeous fixtures and entry way chandelier, to the glass cases full of fine jewelry. Not to mention the store’s signature scent, that will appeal to your senses in a way that is not expected for a jewelry store. The ladies who work there are friendly and welcoming, offering help, a drink or snack while you browse or take advantage of the complimentary jewelry cleaning. Southern Gem did an amazing job on the repair of my wedding ring. I also had them make a duplicate of my wedding band and I can not tell which is the original and which is the new. My rings were returned to me in perfect condition and sparkling like I had not seen them sparkle in years. I highly recommend shopping here and utilizing their jeweler services. If you are looking for an amazing shopping experience for a gift or yourself, Southern Gem is the place!

Dana Schmidt My wife brought in a family heirloom ring to see if they could reset a diamond. They were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to fix the ring and we are beyond happy. They also replaced a battery in my Tag watch. They also had quick turn around time. Everything we completed ilny the next day!

I purchased a retired James Avery bracelet from him to replace the one stolen from my husband several years back and I was shocked how reasonable the price was. Will definitely check in periodically for more rare finds!

I’ve come to this location multiple times to browse and Ami has always been helpful and attentive. I’ve been on the hunt for a gold chain for roughly 7 years and i’ve never really been able to snag a good deal or had jewelers actually put in the effort to finding me a piece of my liking and affordable. Ami has always worked with me each visit to find something i want to take home and love FOREVER. She always tells me never settle and that advice led me to the piece i have today.
