She asked about my budget, walked me through a few diamond cuts, and then had them brought in so I could compare and choose the one that felt perfect. Cowboy Cupid Nails Pulido’s to the rescue!!! My engagement ring (purchased elsewhere) was too dainty and the prongs too thin, my stone kept falling out of the prongs, then one fateful day the setting finally completely broke. Thanks to a client recommendation, I went straight to Pulido’s! They were able to reset my stone on a new band, change it to a bezel setting, and soldered my wedding band to it! These guys are awesome, very genuine, and invested in making my ring exactly how I wanted it. I never felt pressured to add anything extra and felt the price for their work was extremely fair! I can’t wait to go back for any future sparkly needs!

Moet T I wouldnt take my fine jewelry nowhere else. Bought pendant in an auction and the bail for chain was too small. Brought it to Flores and within 10 minutes he had a solution. They called me before the time frame of completion was done(finished early). They sent me a picture of product and went out of there way to ship it to me in Colorado. Wonderful team and staff. It’s a special piece to her, so I was nervous about finding someone to replace the battery. Moe was the gentleman who assisted me, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and handled the older watch with the utmost care and precision. He had it running again in no time. My daughter was thrilled! Alex Only giving two stars as the sales associate are lovely. I went in to purchase one of my first statement pieces but couldn’t make up my mind. I was mid conversation with a lovely worker when, I’m assuming the manager with long grey hair came and took the worker away to ask questions that were irrelevant to the conversation in front of me and several other customers. This is super embarrassing not only for me but I cannot imagine how the employees feel. I would not recommend coming here as this interaction left me uncomfortable.

Norma Jarman I had my watch battery replaced at another jewelry store, and they werent able to pop the cover back on. I went to Laiba on the chance they could assist, and not only did they replace the cover, they also did it free of charge.

They were always so friendly, and Birch was wonderful at explaining the process of setting our stone. Would highly recommend, and we will be back to work with them in the future!
