5 /5 Jimmy Lowe: Helzberg Diamonds store in McAllen Texas. Went in to see about resizing a ring. Was greeted in a friendly manner and asked how they could help us. Prompt attention to our needs were handled by 3 different employees. Each of which worked in a very professional manner, especially Norma. She displayed a very experienced and knowledgeable ethic. This was our third jewelry store in La Plaza Mall to shop at and the first to treat us as good neighbors even though we were from out of town. Resizing the ring was not a problem. While there she noticed some other jewelry of ours needed cleaning. That was taken care of at no charge. The end result was us purchasing a new gold necklace we had been thinking about, as well as, feeling like we had made some new friends.

1 /5 Desiree Luna: The customer service was horrible. I went in looking for a gift for my mother and I was poorly greeted by a woman named Norma. All she did was make faces and I dont know about everywhere else but when did cussing and poor manners become apart of Helzburg policy! Unprofessional is an understatement.... NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE TREATED LESS THAN OTHERS!

I was very particular with what I wanted and she didnt make me feel pressured or rushed at all. She even took the liberty of cleaning mine and my mothers jewelry as we shopped. We left very happy and knew we had made the right choice going to Helzberg. Highly recommend asking for Norma!

The first time my husband and I went ring shopping we stepped into Kay’s Jewelers and were ignored by everyone, we were dressed casually but I think that we still should’ve been helped. Right after we walked into Helzberg and were treated so kindly and bought our rings there. Years later as my daughter’s 15era approaches we decided to take a look for her jewelry. We were attended to immediately by Norma, who was very helpful and patient with my teenager who has picky tastes just like me. After trying on many different necklaces we were able to find the perfect set of necklace, earrings, a tennis bracelet and ring. She looks like a princess and the experience was amazing thanks to the help of Norma and Ryan, who even cleaned our rings and earrings while we shopped. I truly recommend this store, the one at the plaza mall, to be honest I don’t know if there are other locations as I have only been to this one and will continue to be a customer here.
