Mr. Ijaz was able to find the exact chain at the exact length and width I had requested in a matter of seconds. He quoted me a perfect price and also provided me great financing options. I was also looking to get my son a rope bracelet and Mr. Ijaz down sized the bracelet to perfectly fit my son within minutes! Free of charge! That’s when Plano Custom Jewelers popped up—less than half a mile away. I made a quick U-turn and headed straight there. When I arrived, a couple was getting some rings resized, and a polite young gentleman greeted me right away and asked how he could help. I told him I could wait. Just two minutes later, the owner, Willie, came out from the back. I explained what happened, and he took a look at my watch. Without hesitation, he went into the back and put it back together. But that’s not all—he also cleaned the watch and made it look almost brand new again! Willie was incredibly friendly, professional, and honest. No pressure, no upselling—just great customer service. It’s rare to find a local business like this that truly cares. They also have a really nice selection of unique watches and jewelry. Philip Jones Ordered and picked up the same day on the day before Mother’s Day. The key is to order online as there was no line for the pick up. If you’re coming in the day before Mother’s Day and don’t order it online, expect to wait a long time though.

BR00KE _Amonalisa Always my go-to place to get like little things like trinkets and stuff to like build a gift with like teacher appreciation week, body/makeup gift baskets, and etc. Its always a go-to for me has been for quite a few years now and every time I go I always get something that I just like and love and this time it didnt have a lot that I was interested in but I grabbed a few things. Like I said its my go to store for things like that make-up, bows, brushes, hair mask, facial mask, little tattoos, party accessories, and they always have great bath bombs. Oh and scarves, scarves are my favorite because I wear them for my hair and I just got a new one which I love! Customer service could definitely be upgraded because the ladies there they just look at you like get your stuff and get out basically and I can understand you know but like you have to enjoy where you work or dont work there.

There’s quite a bit of quality custom jewelry on display, and I definitely would recommend them for any repairs as well. We’ve brought quite a few rings and bracelets over the years, and I just dropped off my wife’s emerald bracelet. The quote was very reasonable! Also, a couple of weeks ago I brought in my watch band in for repair. It turned out they were able to fix it with an adjustment right on the spot and didn’t charge me. We definitely trust this company.
