Chris Ojeda Walking into Zales at South Park Mall, we honestly just needed a quick ring cleaning. Life happens, and my partner’s engagement ring was looking a little less sparkly than usual! We were greeted so warmly, and Jeanette took such great care of us. Not only did she offer to clean her ring, but she also mentioned that we still had a warranty on it! We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Jeanette explained that we even have options for future upgrades! It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful – so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We went in for a simple cleaning and left feeling so happy and informed about our options. Chris Mcclellon My wife bought earrings from Jeff at Oktoberfest. We accidentally left the bag on the table next to his stand and left. We realized about an hour later we didn’t have the earrings and went back hoping Jeff may have picked up the bag. Unfortunately someone had taken off with them. Jeff was out of stock of the ones she loved, but Jeff told her to pick another pair she liked and he would mail her a replacement pair once he made more at no charge and to just email him. He made a replacement pair and shipped them out to us today. My wife was ecstatic today. The earrings are great quality and the owner is amazing.

Jewelry stores can become too much like car salesmen these days. It was a nice change to not be pressured. And I found my engagement ring!
