5 /5 Chris Mcclellon: My wife bought earrings from Jeff at Oktoberfest. We accidentally left the bag on the table next to his stand and left. We realized about an hour later we didn’t have the earrings and went back hoping Jeff may have picked up the bag. Unfortunately someone had taken off with them. Jeff was out of stock of the ones she loved, but Jeff told her to pick another pair she liked and he would mail her a replacement pair once he made more at no charge and to just email him. He made a replacement pair and shipped them out to us today. My wife was ecstatic today. The earrings are great quality and the owner is amazing.

I bought 3 pairs of earrings and was so excited to wear them. Then my husband thought my bag of earrings was trash and threw them out *facepalm*. I reached out and they graciously sent out replacements! Fast customer service and a wonderful replacement policy.

5 /5 Royina Lopez: I purchased some earrings from Cates concepts. I absolutely loved them and wore them on a weekly basis. When I went on vacation, my wooden earrings were stolen. I went to an anime convention in Albuquerque, I spoke with the owner, who not only had the same earrings, but replaced them for free. Astonished by the owners generosity, I bought three more earrings. I wear them every week. They are beautiful, light, and wear well with everything. I always get compliments on them as well. I will definitely continue to buy from Cates Concepts and would recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed and will cherish them like I do. Thank you Jeff.
