Dung Le I trusted James Avery that they would actually put the right pendent in. And no I did not order cowboy boots. I give them 2 stars because when I went the woman who helped me was very kind. I could give 1 star because now I need to go back tomorrow to get the right gift I was going to give. The manager needs to train whoever packaged this and have a system for curbside where they show you what you purchased before putting in the back seat. Overall, this is managements fault and the people who put the necklace in the bag. I should of checked right away when they gave it to me but it’s okay. Train better for the holidays is all I am saying. If they gave me the wrong gift I’m sure another customer got the wrong gift. Update: Darlene helped me with this situation and gave me better explanation to what happen. Thank you for your help and being kind.

My husband check at another place to see how much will be the custom ring he wanted to order for me. and they charge more, then Sammy gave him a great deal for the same exact thing he wanted.. Very nice guy. Me and my husband will definitely coming back for more.. they have a wide range of selections too.. they offer great deal. They treat you like a family.. yall have to come and visit to see the quality of all this way better than looking at the pictures and videos. And I love my ring..!! It’s sooo beautiful… thanks

I’ve come to this location multiple times to browse and Ami has always been helpful and attentive. I’ve been on the hunt for a gold chain for roughly 7 years and i’ve never really been able to snag a good deal or had jewelers actually put in the effort to finding me a piece of my liking and affordable. Ami has always worked with me each visit to find something i want to take home and love FOREVER. She always tells me never settle and that advice led me to the piece i have today. She was incredibly kind and honestly educated me quite a bit! I told her I was new to the area and was excited to have found my new jewelry spot/ jewelry lady!! I cant wait to go back in and see her! Noel Ramos Had to go into James Avery today to have two pieces cleaned. Today Elizabeth helped me and she and the rest of the staff made me feel very welcomed. I love coming into a store where people go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcomed. I’m from a small town originally and this is an aspect that I miss.
