Rad Mikey (Master Reviewer) I’ve never been so impressed with the personal experience you get when buying/selling precious metals at this business! You won’t get paid out more anywhere else! This is their smaller store and it still impressed me. Many fine pieces of gold, silver, platinum, and more in various varieties such as bullion, industrial silver, and minted coins old & new. I’m a coin enthusiast being a history lover. I enjoyed every mini was there! The owner is extremely nice and told me about his other location. Can’t wait to go check out all the historical coins they have. They are very honest and will not take advantage of you like other places. I highly recommend stopping by and give them a chance. Do what I did and get offers from 2 other buyers and then take it there and you’ll be pleasantly surprised with their payout!

Miami M It was my first time ever walking into a Kendra Scott boutique. First of, the store was very clean & smelt so good & I was immediately greeted by Erica while she was closing a sale with another customer. I walked in & was complimented by Christian & asked if I needed help. I was there for an event Erica & Dee were hosting. The way the ladies work so well as a team & the treatment I received at this location was immaculate! I do wish in the future, because there were so many selections to have bigger ring sizes in store instead of having to wait to order, but other then that I had a fabulous experience with the staff at this location. Great job! Thank you again Erica & Dee! I will be back.

MELISSA BRADLEY Koch Sparkly accessory options that are super affordable and make the perfect addition to every summer outfit! I bought a magnetic bracelet and a permanent paperclip like anklet. I love the bracelet because I can put it on and off myself. It adds the perfect little bit of bling. And then there is the anklet!!! My anklet took a few minutes and is goregous. Absolutely love it. Staff is super professional and extremely knowledgeable. She pays attention to the smallest detail. Can’t wait to get another permanent accessory!!! P.S…you won’t regret getting one and it can be addicting. Thanks so much Adrienne and Candice. You ladies rock!

As a passionate collector, I truly value not just the watches themselves, but the quality of the service and the depth of knowledge behind them. Emily delivered on both fronts. She was attentive, well-versed in the brand, and ensured everything from selection to pickup was smooth and enjoyable. The thoughtful touches — like the Tudor cap and tumbler — made the experience feel even more personal. Zadok continues to impress with its stunning showroom, great location, and a team that genuinely understands and cares about their customers. Looking forward to returning soon. Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers.
