5 /5 Lisa Cooper: I came in to the store today and found some items for graduation. I was really hoping for a discount so when I was checking out Sabrina really went the extra mile in showing me where coupons were online and then offered for me to try for the pennys card so I did. I was approved and was given a big discount. This is amazing. Thank you Sabrina for such great customer service.

1 /5 Adrian Torres: Horrible story it’s disgusting from the floors they don’t even clean the floor or Muppet. It’s very dirty and the elevator. They need to fix the elevator because the elevator feels like it’s going to drop once somebody’s in there and horrible customer service. The biggest thing is that they judge when somebody puts an application in if somebody has issues reading or has dyslexia, they don’t care they will just deny your application

1 /5 Ariella Mendez: Came in with my cousin and her husband and was very upset when we got to the register and was told the shirts we brought up were full price and not discounted as the sign told us. When we asked for a manager she was very rude and told us we were wrong and that every sign was correct. We went back and took picture of the shirts and the sign and she still refused to price correct them. When we were walking out she asked if we had a JCPenneys card?? Why would we get a credit card with them when they treated us like we were stupid? If the signs were right then the clothes were put in the wrong spot. For reference here are the photos of the signs and the spot we got the shirts from. Can definitely understand why the company isn’t doing well with management like that.

1 /5 Colton Smith: *For Jewelry section specifically* Their customer service and communication to have things sent off for re-sizing etc. after the purchase is unbelievably bad. As in as bad as it gets.
