Joseph Koch It makes no sense to go anywhere else in the area. They are the best. A few years ago, the jewelry desk at the PX on post sent me here to have some jewelry I purchased on base sized. The work they did on my jewelry was so exceptional that I’ve been coming here for all my jewelry repairs ever since. Their customer service is consistently amazing, and their work is pure art. Now that I think about it, it’s unfair that it took me ten years to write them this review. Thank you Anthony Joseph Jewelers for all your awesome service over the years!

Bear Bear WARNING ⚠️ I dropped off a gold bracelet on 4/15/2024. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday, but I was unable to go until today (4/19/2024). I arrived shortly after 10 this morning, and they were closed. I waited 45 minutes and still closed, so I got on Google Maps to see the hours of operation. According to it, they shouldve been open. You cant call, because their number is not posted. I started reading some of the recent reviews of this place, and now Im a little scared. I hope Im not disappointed in their work, or worse yet, I hope they didnt screw it up. UPDATE: Its 12 noon, 4/22/24, and I just returned from picking up my mothers bracelet. Im IRATE, to say the least! Not only did these IDIOTS not repair my mothers bracelet, but they charged me for "straightening" the bracelet. Needless to say, I will never return and do everything in my power to make sure I warn those who inquire about this business. Please read the other reviews and take heed. Im not the only one who has had a horrific experience with these people.

Anthony Udo-Utun I had a fantastic experience at William Williams Rare Jewels Store. I brought in a ring that needed to be sized down, and they did an incredible job. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. They gave me an accurate estimate of the time and cost, and delivered exactly as promised. When I picked up the ring, it fit perfectly and looked absolutely flawless and you’d never know it had been altered. I really appreciate the care and craftsmanship they put into their work. Highly recommend them for any jewelry needs.

Digital Master Nezwar Amazing services! They have always taken care of me and my wife when we sell our scrap gold and silver. They also are excellent at appraisal values of gems other jewelry. The atmosphere is always inviting and welcoming. Best exchange by far.

I have bought so many pieces that I have a whole jewelry box dedicated to their pieces. Whether it is an ear pin, ear cuff, bracelet, necklace, or earrings, they have all been beautiful and have received many compliments. Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, or just to spoil yourself, it is well worth the money. The packaging is always spectacular and Im excited whenever I see a box at my door! Dani is a phenomenal artist!
