I was able to work with Abid to design the engagement ring, and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined! From the very beginning, Abid was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He guided us through the design process with care and expertise, offering insightful recommendations without ever being pushy. You can really tell he’s passionate about what he does and genuinely wants his customers to be happy. He also helped me design the wedding band that fits perfectly snug next to the engagement ring! Great work. On top of the beautiful craftsmanship and personalized service, we were also offered a great price, which made the entire experience even more special. He gave us some recommendations on repairing the wedding band to last and making sure it doesnt get bent again, but in the meantime he said hed just reform it and clean my engagement ring free of charge. Last week, we brought back both my rings and hubbys wedding band for cleaning/polish service but Luis noticed the prongs of my engagement ring were getting worn. He quoted us the repair and we were told it would take about a week. We got the call they were ready before the week was up. Our rings are so shiny, they all look new! Good quality service! When youre looking for a jeweler, youre not just looking for a craftsman, youre looking for someone reliable and trust-worthy. Luis is that. He provides excellent customer service, great attention to detail, very personable, and just warmly talks to you. He makes professional recommendations. Sandy Sirkel They are the best of the best. I took in several family rings to have an engagement ring made. It is so beautiful. I had no idea what we wanted or anything, just took in several pieces. They came up with a design, which we approved from the drawing. It is so beautiful. Definitely a piece that will be worn daily and treasured as opposed to having several family pieces in the jewelry box for 10 years. I am planning on returning and having the rest of the stones made into another treasure. Kind, professional, helpful, definitely the best of the best. Every employee I talked with throughout the process was friendly and helpful.

Iraen Marsh Went there @635(closes at 8). Gates were pulled half way down already, so you cant go inside. Ended up going into Dillards located in the mall right behind the store and had to pay to get the charms placed on; because they were purchased at the actual James Avery store. LETS DO BETTER, BUSINESS IS JUST TAKING OFF AT THIS LOCATION!
