Александр Rude , dismissive staff, difficulty with fixing, poorly made or misrepresented jewelry, and inflated prices, and unhelpful experiences, I would never spend with this arrogant attitudes my hard earned money ,that they don’t give you back once I buy something, by the difficulty with returns and refunds.

The customer service was incredible, many other ring places seemed judgmental with our situation. I believe her name was Sharon, she was so nice and gave us her upmost attention and let my girlfriend try on everything she desired. She got everything put together in quick time.
