Jessica Rodriguez Cindy and Lalis took amazing care of me throughout the process! I had a custom bracelet made, and they followed up with a concern about the weight being a bit more than the online options. They explained everything clearly, and while I did pay a little more, they still honored a very fair price. The craftsmanship—just from the picture—looks excellent, and I’m beyond excited to receive my order. Great customer service and beautiful work!

Michael Morris The staff at this location have gone above and beyond for me! My 93 year old grandmother broke her ring finger and could no longer wear her engagement ring. After working with Kristy, she was able to find/order a 14K gold charm-holder necklace and exchange it for a longer chain so my grandmother could remove it more easily. My grandmother came to tears when she saw it. I would have paid twice what I did, just to see how happy it made her. This small gesture made such a difference to me that I will only shop at this location from now on. Truly thank you to Kristy, Debbie and the James Avery staff in Georgetown for your help and everything you did for me. You all are nothing short of amazing!

Alyssa Hall My experience was excellent. I had my mom’s ring remade with the stones from the original ring. It was a very sentimental project as she’s been gone since 1989 and I wore her ring daily until I broke one day while at work. Karl was upfront with pricing and kept me updated along the way. Amie Nemec I have lived in Fredericksburg for more than six years but only recently visited Jypsy Sisters boutique. It is conveniently located on Main Street, on the east side, before entering the busy downtown area. And they have a parking lot in front, so you dont have the pain of finding a spot to pull in as you do with many of the downtown boutiques. The store is large, with multiple rooms to browse. Everything is nicely merchandised and prices are fair. I picked up a cute white top for myself and a couple of little gift items for a friends birthday. The owners are friendly and I will definitely be back!
