2 /5 Graceylnn Cooper: Ive shopped at this James Avery for years, and just recently, a few of the employees have been rude. The first time I visited this past month, the lady was very helpful and even helped me swap my discontinued ring for a different size of the same kind of ring. She told me to come back into the store to give her my info, have the new ring mailed to me, etc. I went back in the second time and they looked at me like I was stupid when I explained my situation. The third time, they finally tried to help me, but with hesitation. They embarrassed me slightly and made me feel ignorant. I wish they would care more for their customers and try their best to meet the needs of their customers.
