I’ve come to this location multiple times to browse and Ami has always been helpful and attentive. I’ve been on the hunt for a gold chain for roughly 7 years and i’ve never really been able to snag a good deal or had jewelers actually put in the effort to finding me a piece of my liking and affordable. Ami has always worked with me each visit to find something i want to take home and love FOREVER. She always tells me never settle and that advice led me to the piece i have today. Thank you once again Ami. Chido also is great and came into the sale to help me get an even better deal that provided the protection plan and i’m so thankful he went out his way to make that happen. Liz Lytton I wish I could give 6 stars! I highly recommend Generation Jewelers, Danny and the entire team are incredible. If you’re on the fence about where to get your jewelry remade, do yourself a favor and check them out. I needed to have my engagement ring remade - it was too large and had a number of design and structural issues that made it really uncomfortable. We looked at a number of shops, but knew Danny was our guy once we met him. We signed off on the work same day, and picked up my completely remade ring less than 3 weeks later! Danny immediately understood what we wanted changed, talked us through design options, and addressed every issue perfectly when remaking the ring. The communication was straightforward and he kept us updated on progress. We even got to see the design mock up of the ring before they got started, which was something we hadn’t seen anywhere else (just another reason they’re the best). He created a more elegant and structurally sound ring that was significantly more comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did, and the service we got from every person we met at the store. Thank you again Danny! We’ll be back for wedding bands soon!

Marjorie S Shout out to Denise & Katie at the Tanger location for embodying exceptional customer service! We purchased a Neil Lane ring online, but upon closer inspection, we noticed a hairline crack or imperfection on the diamond. Today, we visited the store seeking guidance, and Denise promptly offered assistance, revealing that they had the same ring in stock in a much superior condition. Katie meticulously cleaned and polished the ring, restoring its sparkle. Super grateful for their friendliness and seamless transaction. Although buying online was convenient, this experience reminds us of the value of in-store shopping for personalized service!

There are a lot of sellers in this product arena that don’t know their product and sell lesser value stones at the high quality price. She values her sources and the artists.
