Nghia Le I’ve been to many boutiques, but this one truly impressed me with its exceptional customer service. Noah and his team made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped inside. Bryan was fantastic and let me try on any watch I wanted. I learned a lot during the process. I initially came in looking for a Tudor, but I ended up walking out with a beautiful vintage Rolex at an amazing price. I couldn’t be happier! I’m definitely coming back to get all my watch service here and make more purchases in the future.

Me Ron’s Jewelers was recommended to me by a friend. I’m so happy she told me about it! I asked for a custom band to go with my engagement ring and gave them reference photos of what I was looking for within our budget. The ring was exactly what I wanted! I may have to ask to get two stones on the side removed as they bother my pinky and middle finger a bit, but I will give it a week to see if I get used to it. Regardless, I’m so happy I was able to get my dream band at a price we could afford. Wish I had gotten my engagement ring here too! Now hoping to get a custom band for my husband, can’t wait!

Jasmine Bayliss After I recommended this jewelry store on a local mom’s group, I realized I never left a review for the store here. I highly recommend Kim Ngoc for onsite jewelry repairs. They have repaired gold earrings and rings for me. The store admittedly looks sketchy from the outside with the bars on the windows, and you have to wait to be buzzed in. However, this Vietnamese jeweler has been here since the early ‘80s. Gold jewelry is sold by grams based on market price, and I’ve found the price to be good. Most of the negative reviews I’ve seen have been related to customer service. I think most of the brusqueness is the language barrier. My Vietnamese is basic so I just wait to speak English with the daughter, Thao, who is delightful. They fixed my jewelry onsite while I shopped (about 45 minutes). Before my ring was taken back, Thao verified the stone’s authenticity and she verified it again before she gave it back to me. I’ve been pleased with the repairs.

Ashlee Nelson This place is my go to for all my luxury jewelry and watch needs. Their selection is massive, especially my favorite Roberto Coin, and I love seeing what new Rolexes they get in stock. But my favorite thing about this store, and the real reason I keep coming back, is Judy. Ask for Judy and she will delight you with all things sparkly from a glass of Prosecco to diamonds. You will leave happy and are in the best of hands with my girl Judy.

Sunny Bee If you’re looking for someone to trust with your precious heirlooms and precious metals, Mr. Yepez is your man. Mr. Yepez was amazingly professional and had amazing service. He handled my rings with such care that I don’t think I’ll have to find another jewler ever again! I went it to get a stone reset on a ring that was inherited to me and Mr. Yepez made me aware that my ring needed alittle more work than that.. I was so happy he informed me of the work needed so I can cherish this ring for as long as possible. He went out of his way to replace a stone on one of my bands although I did not ask him to and that shows how generous Mr. Yepez is. He also cleaned and polished my ring to a mirror finish! I’m so amazed with the quality of his work! My photos have no justice to just how beautiful my rings look after his work on them!
