But for the past 4 or 5 yrs or so I no longer search and have found my go to spot and have become a regular there. Not only do they have great service very educated on pricing on todays market.but when leaving never mad about how much I spend cause. I know I got a good deal . Spend about a hundred bucks on silver your for sure to walk out with a couple rings and a couple chains with pendants and a bracelet for sure . From the moment I walked in, Lee greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. Not only did he assist me with carting in the items into the store I wanted to sell, but he also went above and beyond by carrying out and loading up the items that Money Mart Pawn wouldnt accept. Lees promptness and courtesy were truly exemplary. Despite the busyness of the store, he made sure to attend to me promptly and efficiently. What impressed me even more was his proactive approach to customer service. B C I was very impressed with the way the employees helped us by loaning us a wheelchair so that my mom could go donate blood right in front of the store. Mayra helped us tremendously. I could tell something was bothering her though, and I really feel that she was upset with us even though she helped us.

Jorge Riestra Not usually one to leave reviews but my experience at August House far exceeded my expectations I’m almost forced to tell everyone about my experience. Christi and Donnie were so welcoming as soon as I stepped foot into their door from showing me around their store, offering drinks and more importantly educating me to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Christi is so passionate about everything she offers in the store which is something I’ve learned to appreciate nowadays. The store was clean, well organized and artistically put together. After browsing through earrings, bracelets and necklaces I landed on a beautiful rose gold with diamond ring that’s stackable (which I thought was unique) for my girlfriend to show my appreciation for everything she does. Needless to say I will definitely be back to add one of their Wilbur watches to the collection! Thank you August House for your exceptional service.
