3 /5 melanie rushing johnson: Sold some silver here after going to a couple of other places then got a call from the first place I had gone to saying they would give about $250 more than what this place gave me but I had already sold it to him so I guess I got jipped. I guess some places barter but I didnt know that. So I got the snarky reply from gold exchange so I will respond. Yes I gave my # to the first place after they said they could estimate an amount but would need to check with the owner, nothing magical about it. And when they offered me more that would mean more could be paid so it does make you wonder why gold exchange paid $250 less. Ill stick with jipped. Suggestion to all: 1.go to several places 2. Make counter offers.

5 /5 M Moon: I went to sell my silver coins last week and I was very pleased with the service I received I just wish I could have gotten the name of the gentleman who helped me I went in last Thursday afternoon and sold three silver half dollars and one Morgan silver dollar.the gentleman was very knowledgeable and I would like to. Speak with him sometime

1 /5 Melissa Barrera: I called on May 15 and the man who answered the phone was so rude!! I asked him how his day was going, and he replied by just working. What do you want? He answered the phone like he was annoyed to be there. I wanted to make a large silver coin purchase but I never give them my business nor will I recommend them. If you do not like working with the public. CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!! Wow!!! His reply confirms his attitude on the phone. And I did not change up my words to be dramatic Sir. My husband heard the whole call because you were on speaker so he was going to step in to ask about quantity.! I never feel entitled to be treated like royalty but you need to learn proper etiquette when you answer your business line and the way you speak to customers this way in front of other customers then they need to deal with someone else. Lol! And you proceed to say on comment your out of silver but get back to you end of month!! Look who thinks he royalty! Like you’re the only business that sells gold and silver! And yes I ran to post a review so people know who they are dealing with!

5 /5 Rich Reyes: I use to be always on the hunt for a good deal when It come to buying quality jewelry either during the holidays birthdays especially on valentines day. But for the past 4 or 5 yrs or so I no longer search and have found my go to spot and have become a regular there. Not only do they have great service very educated on pricing on todays market.but when leaving never mad about how much I spend cause. I know I got a good deal . Spend about a hundred bucks on silver your for sure to walk out with a couple rings and a couple chains with pendants and a bracelet for sure .
