1 /5 Aubree Huffman: Not sure who the lady with the colored hair is but she’s completely rude. You can’t tell me that the designated area for online orders & pickup orders are only for holidays when that hasn’t been the case my last 3-4 orders. (It even tells you to go to the designated pickup area with your confirmation email, mind you.) There’s also a way you can go about it nicely instead of trying to belittle someone just because you don’t want to do your job & help them.

1 /5 kenzie barker: went to this location 03/09 an hour before closing time, there was 1 other customer in the store and she was browsing. mind you i have never been to a james avery location i’ve only ever ordered online, so i just browsed around not knowing what to do when i was interested in something. i spent 35 minutes looking around and the ladies working would just stare at you and then talk amongst each other no one came up to me once or even greeted me. i was interested in quite a few things but ended up leaving with nothing since the customer service was incredibly poor. I went to the odessa location off highway 191 just yesterday and the ladies there were fantastic their customer service was spot on and i was instantly greeted and ended up leaving with two new rings. seems like the midland store needs some more training on customer service.

3 /5 Chelsey Becenti: My first experience with James Avery my best friend gave me my first charm bracelet of my life and I was extremely excited to get the charm placed on my bracelet but the lady that helped me was very sad and didnt want to help anyone she looked like she did not want to be there Im not being selfish but it was my first experience there I was happy walking in but feeling bad because I felt like I disturbed her which btw I didnt approach she made me feel like a nuisance. Hopefully her day gets better....

5 /5 Terry George: Very nice shop. Cozy and well stocked. Not pretentious and very willing to help. I really like this location better than when it was at the mall. As a guy this is a pleasant place to go, they treat you with respect and care.
