1 /5 kenzie barker: went to this location 03/09 an hour before closing time, there was 1 other customer in the store and she was browsing. mind you i have never been to a james avery location i’ve only ever ordered online, so i just browsed around not knowing what to do when i was interested in something. i spent 35 minutes looking around and the ladies working would just stare at you and then talk amongst each other no one came up to me once or even greeted me. i was interested in quite a few things but ended up leaving with nothing since the customer service was incredibly poor. I went to the odessa location off highway 191 just yesterday and the ladies there were fantastic their customer service was spot on and i was instantly greeted and ended up leaving with two new rings. seems like the midland store needs some more training on customer service.
