Shik Roosberg This is the second time I have done business here and they never fail with amazing customer service, follow ups and greetings! I sizes my wedding band the first time and the second time I replaced the stone and had a minor repair, TK assisted me and his customer service was impeccable! He takes care of all customers and acknowledges everyone with respect! He never made me feel looked down on which I’ve received from other jewelry stores, the price was fair!!! I will be doing more business here soon and having them create some pieces in the future!!! I wish you all much success!!!

Liz Lytton I wish I could give 6 stars! I highly recommend Generation Jewelers, Danny and the entire team are incredible. If you’re on the fence about where to get your jewelry remade, do yourself a favor and check them out. I needed to have my engagement ring remade - it was too large and had a number of design and structural issues that made it really uncomfortable. We looked at a number of shops, but knew Danny was our guy once we met him. We signed off on the work same day, and picked up my completely remade ring less than 3 weeks later! Danny immediately understood what we wanted changed, talked us through design options, and addressed every issue perfectly when remaking the ring. The communication was straightforward and he kept us updated on progress. We even got to see the design mock up of the ring before they got started, which was something we hadn’t seen anywhere else (just another reason they’re the best). He created a more elegant and structurally sound ring that was significantly more comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did, and the service we got from every person we met at the store. Thank you again Danny! We’ll be back for wedding bands soon!

Javier worked with us in making sure we got the perfect rings. He was patient, understanding, thoughtful and went above & beyond…staying in contact with us even after hours. For my surprise proposal, he made sure the engagement ring was sized and returned before my proposal date. When the ring was ready to pick up on his off day, he still came into the store to make sure I got the ring and was happy with it. He and the staff also made suggestions for the proposal so they were extremely helpful overall. My fiance loves the ring and were so happy we selected this Kay Jewelers location.
