Peter Martinez This establishment goes above and beyond for their customers. What other jewelers cant or wont touch, Gram Jewelers can and will get done. They are decently priced and only carry the highest quality merchandise. They make the best custom made items, and if you ever find yourself with ANY piece of jewelry that needs fixing, but you just dont know who you can trust, well this is the place to go to. Trust me, I was in just that kind of bind.

My family and I walked in with a clear idea of what we were looking for, but as we don’t live near a Tiffany’s, I had spent a significant amount of time online shopping. I knew I needed to see the items in person before making a purchase. From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted with kindness and warmth. Associate Amy was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to thoroughly go over everything with both me and my child, making sure we felt comfortable and informed about our choices. Her patience and attention to detail were truly beyond expectations. Amy’s knowledge of the products and her genuine enthusiasm made our visit not just a shopping trip but a memorable experience. It’s not often you find such exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond, especially in a luxury retail setting. Tbabii Jose was a tremendous help. He got me more money back on a pawn loan than what I asked for and was very thorough with explaining everything. Love this place and would definitely recommend anyone to come her for help and the store is stocked with so much stuff.

Nicole Caldwell This is a very nice boutique, lux jewelry store. While they have beautiful engagement and wedding rings and bands, they also have beautiful gemstone and other diamond jewelry as well. I would love to shop here for real some time. I just needed my finger sized for my rings to get resized. I have to get my rings resized by the store I bought it from, otherwise I would trust this store to resize them no problem. The staff were excellent.

We have never shopped for rings before and he made the process very easy and it was not intimidating. He mentioned he was new to the store but he handled us as if he had been there for years.
