Rich Miller Originally I had brought my watch to a guy in the local mall to change bands. He spent about 45 minutes on it and charged me $125. The next day, one end of the watchband fell loose. I decided to get my watch repaired by Fine Fix. The guy fixed it in less than 5 minutes AND replaced the battery. Total charge: $30.00. I highly recommend Fine Fix Jewelry. Easily five stars.

greg yavicoli This place ripped me off. Cancelled an order, was supposed to get a refund almost 2 months ago. Had email conversations with them confirming this, then they just stop responding to emails mid march. Sent several follow up emails with delivery receipts so I know they got them, even asking them to just send the item if they arent going to refund me. Have been calling several times daily for 6 weeks straight. Phone just rings and rings, no message, and cant leave voice mail. I even tried calling from five different phone numbers and two different email addresses, so no excuses will work, I saved all my emails, phone records, and receipt. Had to file claim and dispute with paypal, and filed complaint with BBB. Pure and simple, I was scammed. Stay away!

A little leery, I did some research as to an unfamiliar term, GOLD FILLED. I came to understand that, although not 100% real gold, it’s the next best thing. It claims to be able to be worn like 100% gold, without losing its shine and able to last years without turning, for A FRACTION OF THE COST. So, I bought anklets knowing I would get the true test from them because I would leave them on and live normal. Well, after a few weeks, they are still on, they still shine and they still get compliments. I’ve been indulging in a few pieces a week and now have a beautiful array of jewelry that I love.

Charm and historical significance for days; in addition to gorgeous selection of jewelry! Thereafter, the service was absolutely impeccable! They’ve got something for everyone, in every price range. They kindly offered to clean our jewelry, we left something for repair and then spent a half hour listening to the jewelry woman’s (Debbie?) historical stories and passion for her beloved state of Texas. If you’re in Grapevine; you should definitely drop by!!!

I am not a casual jewelry wearer and I needed my measurements taken for a fitting where the jewelry would be handmade. I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do, just going to the nearest place google recommended and I was greeted warmly by Lauren! I told her my needs and she took her time measuring each finger, wrist and my necklace size, and laughed along with me, while still explained everything I needed to know clearly! We made wonderful conversation as she worked in wonderful professionalism. I got everything I needed in record time. I am so excited to write this review because Lauren is a pillar or exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism with a great personality and smile to boot! A A My wedding ring broke. I went to Azteca Jewelry, the guy fixed and resized it to my complete satisfaction. The service was fast ( he finished it in just 30 minutes or so). The cleaning and polishing made it look brand new although I had this ring for 29 years. The best part is, the pricing is reasonable! Thank you Azteca. Ill come back again. By the way, I edited this review to add that I ended up glancing at my ring more simply because it looks fresh and sparkly. It also feels comfortable after he resized it. Good job!
