Tayler Henson Kelli and her dad were absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I both went in— and I honestly wasn’t even sure what I wanted. They pulled out every option imaginable. The variety of loose stones they have is incredible. What really stood out was how personal and honest they were. They said, “Tell us what you want, and we’ll figure out how to build it.” And they did just that—working within our budget and still creating my absolute dream ring. The quality is stunning, and it’s clear they genuinely care. Good, honest people who love what they do. We won’t be going anywhere else for jewelry from now on. Highly recommend!

Stirling Lockwood Great little family shop. I brought in a variety of family heirlooms for cleaning and repairs and they did a fantastic job on everything. They restored some of my grandmothers pieces to like new even after they had sat in a drawer for 30 years. You cant even tell they were broken or tarnished. I also really appreciate that they do all of their in house. I had reached out to a few other shops but they wanted to mail my things to a restoration company in another state for repairs. Here at least I knew who was working on my jewelry and where it was. It really brought me peace of mind. I had a set of amethyst stones that they made into a beautiful pair of earrings for me. They helped me pick the setting and everything. The two gentlemen I worked with were super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back again!

Lucretia Sayers Their customer service is great, and they were very nice. But I think their prices are a bit high, I’ve gotten links removed from watches in the past from different locations and have been charged less than eight dollars. If I paid anything I really can’t recall, but I got one link removed from a Michael Kors and an Anne Klein watch and was charged $10 per watch not including tax $21.65 total to remove one link from each watch I believe is high. I didn’t complain once the price was told to me after which in the future I’ll definitely ask before hand, Everyone has to make money somehow, but I can get air In all four of my tires for free. Of course I paid, but they should definitely look into their prices.

I then went in store and she spent about 2 hours with me making sure that I got exactly what I was looking for and then she engraved everything! I will definitely be going back. Everyone was nice, but Desirae provided 20/10 customer service, by being patient and going above and beyond! Thank you.

Cowboy Cupid Nails Pulido’s to the rescue!!! My engagement ring (purchased elsewhere) was too dainty and the prongs too thin, my stone kept falling out of the prongs, then one fateful day the setting finally completely broke. Thanks to a client recommendation, I went straight to Pulido’s! They were able to reset my stone on a new band, change it to a bezel setting, and soldered my wedding band to it! These guys are awesome, very genuine, and invested in making my ring exactly how I wanted it. I never felt pressured to add anything extra and felt the price for their work was extremely fair! I can’t wait to go back for any future sparkly needs!
