From the moment I stepped into their establishment, I knew I had stumbled upon something special. One of the standout features of this pawn shop is their commitment to providing fair pricing. When I was in need of a loan, I had visited several other pawn shops in the area, only to be disappointed by the low offers I received. Daritza Rosario Sean was amazing!! He was very informative on my husbands wedding band as I was super indecisive. We returned about a week or so later and the bands I was debating on were still there waiting for us like he said they would be!! Sean takes care of his customers!! Store also had lots of options to choose from at an amazing price!

B C I was very impressed with the way the employees helped us by loaning us a wheelchair so that my mom could go donate blood right in front of the store. Mayra helped us tremendously. I could tell something was bothering her though, and I really feel that she was upset with us even though she helped us.

Phillip Flanders All of my watch straps broke at once, so I stopped by Jared Jewelers just hoping to buy a couple of pins for my old watch. Heather offered to take a look and said she’d see what she could do. Just ten minutes later, she returned with the straps repaired and ready to wear — and she didn’t even charge me. Everyone in the store was friendly, but Heather’s kindness and professionalism truly made my day. Thank you, Heather!

Erika Iruegas Claudia and Diana helped my mother customize her own diamond EXACTLY how she wanted down to a T. To our surprise the price was way better than what we were expecting to pay, Claudia kept us updated on everything along the way. The 5ct oval cut was way more beautiful than what we even imagined, and picking out the diamond made our experience way more meaningful. Thank you Claudia for Informing us about your Diamond Event yall were having so we could find the perfect setting for it and all sized in the same day and letting us be a part of it made it even more sentimental , Claudia is amazing will help you out with any questions you have if you have no knowledge on jewelry, very trustworthy and will keep my business with her, they are the way to go.
