1717jbs I had a stone taken out of a pendant and switched to another pendant. Garcia did an excellent job. I also got the opportunity to taste their ice cream. WOW! What a treat. I am going to be 69 years old in August. I have never had better ice cream. They have so many good flavors. I already picked out the next two flavors that I will be getting. I am so glad I found this shop. I will be coming back.

John Gonzales The Diamond & Gold Exchange in Lewisville, TX did an excellent job in resizing my ring ! You can’t even tell it has been resized and fits perfectly ! I dealt with Nick & Sam and their customer service was great! They got my ring back to me in a reasonable time. They also replaced the diamond I had lost and made sure the prongs hold it in place so that I don’t lose it again. I definitely recommend people checking them out !

Alicia Barton My husband and I had been hunting for a replacement for my original wedding ring set. Everywhere we looked was too expensive, or the associates were too pushy, or judgmental of our budget. However STEVE at the GRAPEVINE Marquise Jewelers was so kind and patient with us. We had left the store, then come back right before closing. Even after we had purchased a set, and it was shipped to me, we discussed resizing at length. THEN after shipping it back to him to possibly resize, I had completely changed my mind about the set. He was still so patient with me, making sure that I got the ring that I truly wanted.
