1 /5 Stephanie Foy: I can’t even begin to describe the level of unprofessionalism from this location and its regional manager. They have had my wedding ring for SIX MONTHS and it has gone out more than SEVEN TIMES for repairs. Each time, it comes back with a new issue that did not exist before.
I do not want a new ring as this is my sentimental wedding set that my husband proposed with. They have offered absolutely no reasonable solution (outside of replacing the ring which is not possible because it isn’t made anymore) and the past month has been full of countless calls with this store manager kicking the can down the road and telling me customer service or her regional manager will contact me soon.
Then, the regional manager failed to email or call when I was told she would. She left a voicemail TEN DAYS after I was told to expect an email AND a phone call. She did not identify herself in the voice message as the regional manager and she did not leave a return number. And this is about two months after I began asking for her involvement in solving this issue.
Additionally, every time I’ve gone in to pick up my ring (more than 7 times), a different associate is helping me and none of them have been briefed on the issue. So it falls on me to walk them through the nightmare over and over again only to be told to wait for the store manager to contact me again.
I never leave reviews especially negative ones but I’m at an absolute loss with this situation.
I obviously will never be purchasing anything from Zales again and if you care at all about your sentimental jewelry I would highly suggest you go to a competent company who has at least a basic grasp of customer service. Absolutely sickening.
