1 /5 Briana Dalion: I bought a bangle for pickup on 08/02, however I didn’t like the clasp because it was hard to open/ close. Today 08/05 I decided to go to Pandora to exchange it for a different bracelet. The employee said she couldn’t exchange it because there was wear and tear. The wear and tear was one scratch that was caused from me struggling to get the clasp open. I also have warranty on the bracelet so it shouldn’t have been a big deal. I ended up going to another Pandora store to exchange it for a different bracelet and the employee gave me no issues.

5 /5 Lakeisha Harris: I called in advance to make sure that they had what I wanted, I spoke with Desirae and she was very kind and helpful. I then went in store and she spent about 2 hours with me making sure that I got exactly what I was looking for and then she engraved everything! I will definitely be going back. Everyone was nice, but Desirae provided 20/10 customer service, by being patient and going above and beyond! Thank you.

1 /5 Tee HHH: This place has terrible customer service. They put a rope in front of their door so they wont have to service customers. I walked in at 832pm to find they put a rope in front of the entrance so you couldnt even enter the store. 9pm closing time is not 832pm. I had six people show up behind me to find them refusing to let people in, and it was not crowded inside. Luckily, I can take my business to James Avery, who was glad to have customers.
