I bought a dress and, within 5 minutes, returned to request a refund since I noticed something on the dress. At no point during the purchase did the salesperson mention that it was a final sale—no sign, no verbal notice, and definitely no confirmation from me.
When I brought this up to the manager, instead of understanding or even acknowledging the lack of communication from their staff, she completely dismissed me and spoke in a rude, unprofessional tone. I explained clearly that the return was requested within minutes, and the item was untouched, but she showed zero care or courtesy.
This is not how you treat customers—especially when the mistake was on your team’s end. The manager’s attitude alone was enough to make me never want to shop here again. If this is how issues are handled at a management level, I seriously hope the company re-evaluates who they have in charge.
