Guaranteed the work, and when a minor issue arose stood by the guarantee and corrected work for no additional charge. Worked with foreign and older pieces without any issue. Willing to undertake creative/extensive revisions and repairs. Also, incredibly accessible and promptly communicated. Truly 10/10 experience.

Iraen Marsh Went there @635(closes at 8). Gates were pulled half way down already, so you cant go inside. Ended up going into Dillards located in the mall right behind the store and had to pay to get the charms placed on; because they were purchased at the actual James Avery store.
