My partner and I had an incredible experience at fail jewelry purchasing wedding rings that we are absolutely in love with. Christine’s space is small and inviting - there was absolutely no stress or fear of pressure that you may get going into other jewelers shops. Christine wanted to understand what we were looking for, before talking through options / recommendations. She was always extremely transparent with pricing, and we never felt pressured to make a decision. AND she went above and beyond and helped me coordinate surprising my Partner with the proposal. Christine understands how unique and special the wedding ring shopping process is for us, and was able to make us feel so safe and well taken care of throughout it all. Jerry McElroy This team is truly amazing. From the very beginning, with the initial meeting with Daniel, to working with Matt and Kaitlyn to receiving the final product was an amazing experience. I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.

Amanda Hasty I cannot recommend ITouch diamonds enough. Their work truly speaks for itself. I had a pair of earrings but I lost one the first time I wore them and had the other made into a ring (at a different jewler). I was never happy with the results. My grandmother left me her wedding ring and I had the two combined. I’m extremely happy with the results and attention to detail!

Cody Owens I went into the store looking for a gift for my fiance but had no idea what to get her. The girls working were very helpful and assisted me in picking out a great gift of a navajo turquoise piece, a candle, an outfit, and they even gift wrapped it for me. My fiance was thoroughly impressed with the gifts that the girls helped me pick out and she told me " feel free to shop there anytime for me!" Needless to say I will be returning. Great customer service, great selection even for men.

J.C. Terrazas Awesome little spot. Stopped by for a visit during a trip to El Paso from Dallas because my 5-year-old randomly wanted a shark tooth, and I found this little gem (pun intended). They have anything and everything you could want as far as crystals and stones, in all shapes and sizes. They also have some jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets, and turquoise. They have a decent number of fossils; shark teeth, shells, ammonites, and others. Everything is very organized and labeled. There is also a museum attached and you can check it out for a small fee, I think $3 or so. Its pretty cool, there are various massive gems, geodes, fossils, and other fun stuff. Would highly recommend and may have to go back during my visit.
