Lavita Sartin This place is beyond 5 stars. I have my suspicions that Joe, the owner, is a magician of sorts!! In all seriousness, he took my wedding ring that had pretty much been destroyed and handed me back the same ring which looked EVEN BETTER than when my husband bought it at some high dollar jewelry store in Amarillo. I am still amazed at the outstanding job he did! I would recommend Joe to people from all over the Panhandle, state of Texas, or anywhere else. Yes, he is that good! Thank you, Joe, I will forever be grateful for your talent and the outstanding job you did!!!

From design, gemstone, cuts, etc. You name it, theyll know it! Their intracate knowledge is incomparable & because of their help, we were able to craft the engagement for my beloved Fiance! 5⭐s will never be enough for their assistance & service!

They were exceptionally friendly and helpful, exuding a genuine and warm demeanor that made me feel welcome and as though I were an integral part of their community. It is refreshing to encounter establishments that genuinely care and provide such exceptional service. Lady named Lyn was exceptional upon my entrance, but Krista who assisted me was simply awesome y’all I would’ve given them 10 stars for especially where the area where their Showroom is located, other STORES nearby certainly have their noses high up in the air, but not this place. Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers. manju nandiraju Pretty Quick service and Friendly Experience! Had my MK watch altered to fit my wrist and my husbands watch battery replacement done. The staff was very friendly and fixed both these within a few minutes while we were just looking at their extensive collection of original and lab grown diamond jewelry. Highly recommend for same day repairs of watches and jewelry!
