My partner and I had an incredible experience at fail jewelry purchasing wedding rings that we are absolutely in love with. Christine’s space is small and inviting - there was absolutely no stress or fear of pressure that you may get going into other jewelers shops. Christine wanted to understand what we were looking for, before talking through options / recommendations. She was always extremely transparent with pricing, and we never felt pressured to make a decision. AND she went above and beyond and helped me coordinate surprising my Partner with the proposal. Christine understands how unique and special the wedding ring shopping process is for us, and was able to make us feel so safe and well taken care of throughout it all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting her little shop, or checking her out online. All of the rings we looked at have such a unique style, and feel so well thought out for everyday life.

Christine Renjit I have had consistently poor experiences trying to reach Pandora by phone. Anytime I have a quick question—just something simple I want to check before driving to the store—no one picks up. I would estimate about 95% of my calls go unanswered. During peak times, like Mother’s Day, it’s even worse. I called multiple times to ask about the availability of a specific charm, but couldn’t get through to anyone. I finally decided to go to the store in person, only to be told the last one had sold less than an hour before I arrived. If the phone line actually worked, I could’ve saved myself the time and frustration. For a brand as big as Pandora, I expected better customer service.

Jennifer Kim Getting my ears pierced was quick and easy! This store has a large selection of all kinds of jewelry. I saw that there were customizable jewelry as well! The staff were very helpful and friendly. I left with some rings and earrings today but definitely plan to be back to get a custom engraved bracelet.

Diamond Williams I live in Austin, TX and no one here that I went to could repair my broken engagement ring. With a few weeks left until the wedding (17 to be exact) Hinds & Marcus fixed my ring in a matter of days and got it back to me looking even better than the day my fiancé proposed. The price was unbelievable and the service was even better. I will definitely be back for all of my jewelry needs!

Image of love Ultrasound My grandmother had a beautiful pair of earrings that were my great grandmother’s and wanted to gift them to my daughter for her birthday only problem is one had broken and it didn’t appear it could be fixed. We took it Mallory’s creations and he said he’d give it a shot. He was able to fix them and unless you knew they were broken you’d have no idea. I’m super impressed with the repair as well as the service and the speed of the repair. I’m so thankful she will have this jewelry to cherish for years to come and that Mallory’s creations was able to bring them back to life.

Katie Marshall Angelo and Tristan saved us! We just got my daughters ears pierced a few days ago and lost an earring playing softball! Tristan has been my go-to for all jewelry and we met Angelo today and he helped us get it together and quickly cleaned the earrings, her ears, and helped us to get them in before they closed up! He processed everything quickly and helped calm frazzled mom nerves! They were quick and got us hooked up with a pair to replace the ones we lost. Kindness and empathy with a bruised teen ego made for a huge difference! Thank you!!!
