5 /5 Image of love Ultrasound: My grandmother had a beautiful pair of earrings that were my great grandmother’s and wanted to gift them to my daughter for her birthday only problem is one had broken and it didn’t appear it could be fixed. We took it Mallory’s creations and he said he’d give it a shot. He was able to fix them and unless you knew they were broken you’d have no idea. I’m super impressed with the repair as well as the service and the speed of the repair. I’m so thankful she will have this jewelry to cherish for years to come and that Mallory’s creations was able to bring them back to life.

5 /5 Chris Rapp: Awesome Job on separating an engagement ring/wedding band. He also informed me of some damage that was on the diamonds and he fixed those as well. Ring looks Brand New and it’s 22 years old. Extremely fair on price. I highly recommend and do plan on using Mallory’s Creations in the future. If I could put 10 Stars I would.

5 /5 Darla Stone: I broke my wedding ring tearing the diamond completely out right after Christmas (when jewelers are super busy) I contacted Mallory’s Creations and spoke directly with Randy himself. Took my ring in his staff were exceptional. Randy came out to speak with me and look at my ring. He was very thorough on what needed to be done and took the time to go over how he was going to fix it as well as pointing out other weak prongs he would take care of. Randy was up front that it would take 2-3 weeks. I received a call my ring was ready way before I expected!! I cannot express how perfect my ring was fixed on top of how affordable the fix was. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Randy Mallory and his staff ! Exceptional work, customer service, pricing and assurance you are leaving your treasured possessions in Great hands. Thank you!!
