He also took his time to shine up a few other pieces of gold I had as well as repaired others, all while I waited and on the spot with no appointment. He was truly kind and genuine. She went above and beyond personally advocating for us, keeping us informed when customer service fell short, and ensuring everything was resolved in the best way possible. Monica’s professionalism, diligence, and genuine care not only fixed the situation but created lifelong loyalty from us as customers. She is the reason we will continue to trust Kay Jewelers. If every representative operated the way Monica does, there would never be a doubt about customer satisfaction. Truly outstanding service! If anyone has had a problem with Kays stores before I would recommend changing that opinion by going here and talking with Monica or her staff. Theyll do whats right. Thats for sure!

George Torres I went on January 14 2024 to repair a chain that kept unhinging on and off. Nervous I would eventually lose it I decided to stop by and repair it. Trisha advised it was a hinge and took it to the back to repair it. She brought it back nice and cleaned and advised there was no charge! I offered to pay but she would not accept anything! I will definitely be back because of their excellent customers service!!! Strongly recommend them!!

Jennifer Carlson Wonderful staff and exceptional service. The owner took care of a stone that had fallen out of a ring we had bought from them a little over a year before. When I came back to pick up the fixed ring, the owner was again there and gave the ring to me. I can’t tell you all the “thank yous” I had in my heart for this man and his staff.
