5 /5 Chris Ojeda: Walking into Zales at South Park Mall, we honestly just needed a quick ring cleaning. Life happens, and my partner’s engagement ring was looking a little less sparkly than usual! We were greeted so warmly, and Jeanette took such great care of us. Not only did she offer to clean her ring, but she also mentioned that we still had a warranty on it! We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Jeanette explained that we even have options for future upgrades! It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful – so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We went in for a simple cleaning and left feeling so happy and informed about our options.
