She was polite, but was not pushy at all. Because I have made previous purchases I knew that whatever I chose would be of the utmost quality. I decided on a beautiful Vahan bracelet. I could not be more pleased with my purchase.

Tess Endicott RJ was EXACTLY the consultant I needed for trying on rings for the first time. I never in my wildest dreams thought I would ever meet the right person, so it was very emotional for me, even though I hid it well. I have multiple disabilities and to say yesterday was emotionally exhausting in a good way, doesnt cover it. RJ made the appointment extremely easy and smooth and I cannot recommend him enough. He showed me everything I had requested and was VERY laid back, calm, and patient, which is exactly what I needed. My boyfriend will definitely be back up to see him in the future. I so appreciated how mellow jell-o, as I say, the appointment was.
