Ended up going into Dillards located in the mall right behind the store and had to pay to get the charms placed on; because they were purchased at the actual James Avery store. Drew Williamson I used Kubes recently (Nov 24 - Jan 25) for an engagement ring - both the diamond the ring. I took my now fiance there to look around in early November and the experience was exactly what I was hoping. They spent time to go through many different cuts and settings with us to see what she liked the best. The sales team there was great, very helpful and not at all pushy or overbearing like I have experienced with other jewelers in the past. We worked primarily with Heather and she was amazing, helpful, and responsive throughout trying out rings with my fiance, helping to find and select a diamond and collaborate with my sister and me on what the setting would look like. Katie designed the ring and was also very responsive and helpful once the work was handed over to her. Other people that I interacted with there were also very pleasant and helpful. I did also compare the prices they gave me for the diamonds with other sources and they were very fair and competitive with the prices that they quoted me on all the diamonds they selected for me. Throughout the whole process of what for many, including myself, is a sizable and vulnerable purchase they were open, transparent, helpful, and felt genuinely excited and happy about the process and for my engagement. I would highly recommend them over any larger scale jeweler I have interacted with or heard about from friends and am super happy with how the whole process went and the ring that I ended up with.

I love how they have these little sections so its very easy to find what youre wanting to buy and its also perfect for the whole family. They care about each and every customer and provide excellent service. They are hard-working, honest, reliable, trustworthy and very kind Christians. Justin Osowski I’m skeptical by nature. Went in to the Fredericksburg location with the wife. Began talking with Kean and he offered to put two of their test patches on my back (where I have had constant pain for years). He explained to me the way their frequency jewelry works, and where it benefits us in our normal life. My wife and I walked around for the rest of the day, and my back felt like I was 15 years younger. Went back the next day and bought one of their tungsten frequency bracelets. Looking forward to seeing the improvements in my overall pain. I know the six hour drive home was a LOT better than the drive down! Kean is very knowledgeable, helpful, and upfront. The store is very nice and prices are very reasonable. Will visit next time we are in town. Also plan on getting a cross necklace for our 16 year old who is super active in sports.
