Unfortunately they didn’t have my size in Houston so she made sure to order it for me in London and made sure to follow up along the way and contacted her colleagues. Leslie Parra I came in this evening looking for a tennis bracelet to pair with a watch I recently purchase else where. Rose was so kind to show me bracelets and even offered to resize my watch for me. Not only did I find a tennis bracelet but I had a watch that fit just right. It’s great customer service that Rose displayed that will keep me coming back :)
