Moet T I wouldnt take my fine jewelry nowhere else. Bought pendant in an auction and the bail for chain was too small. Brought it to Flores and within 10 minutes he had a solution. They called me before the time frame of completion was done(finished early). They sent me a picture of product and went out of there way to ship it to me in Colorado. Wonderful team and staff. Jerry McElroy This team is truly amazing. From the very beginning, with the initial meeting with Daniel, to working with Matt and Kaitlyn to receiving the final product was an amazing experience. I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.

Alice J Beautiful store. Visited this location after being disappointed with a different location, and we were very pleased. There were plenty of customers, but someone greeted us immediately. After browsing another 10 minutes or so, another person greeted us again. Everyone there was so attentive and eager to answer any questions we had, all with a smile. Shopping was a breeze. We purchased a couple of charms and were on our way in no time. They even took the time to remind us of the Mothers Day special, and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this location.

Alter’s is a historic jewelry store with hundredth years of service and experience. One can see that from vintage Rolex sing that you will not find even in a posh Swiss chalet town to sprawling selection of jewelry pieces. My wife’s grandmother ring which she was given was bought in Alter’s by her grandfather many years ago. Timeless, collections for Alter’s leave legacy pieces enduring generations. Great experience. It was a very sentimental project as she’s been gone since 1989 and I wore her ring daily until I broke one day while at work. Karl was upfront with pricing and kept me updated along the way. The customer service was incredible, many other ring places seemed judgmental with our situation. I believe her name was Sharon, she was so nice and gave us her upmost attention and let my girlfriend try on everything she desired. She got everything put together in quick time. Paul Lanzillotti I almost never leave public reviews, but in this case its warranted. M&R had a highly sought after wristwatch in stock that I could not find anywhere for months. I ordered it online from their website, they sent it out the very next day (Im halfway across the country) with a tracking number. It just arrived and the watch is exactly as described. It came with all the trimmings as well - even a nice velvet gift bag. On that note, this is really going to make a great gift that didnt break the bank. In fact, I cant believe the deal I got. Paid retail price when everywhere else is selling it for more. Im definitely going to buy again at some point. If Im ever in the great state of Texas, Ill try and stop on by to say thanks in person.
