Paul Hamilton Hugo & his family are amazing. The attention to detail and customer service far surpass anywhere else Ive been. I have truly enjoyed working with the Mosquedas designing these pieces of custom jewelry. Highly recommend this group for any jewelry needs. Update: I am so happy with this ring, Hugo. Thank you for being patient with me and for iterating so many times. This is exactly what I wanted. You made a lousy year into something so much better with your kindness and artistic eye! Hunter Baggett Caves is absolutely amazing! I went to them to have my engagement ring fixed and also to have my wedding band custom made and their customer service is top notch. Everyone is so nice and incredibly helpful. After I got married I had an issue with my band and they fixed it no problem! I absolutely love my wedding band and would recommend caves to anyone and everyone!

Kelsey Palmer Kind, trustworthy, good people. Mr Rogers himself was able to fix my bent Ring Wrap before I even made a lap around his store! I was shocked when he said no charge. Hard to find good business owners like him anymore. We will definitely be back to get a watch fixed as well as make some purchases to support his small business. They have some gorgeous opals, diamonds, turquoise, and many other precious stone jewelry. As well as Fiesta ware and other glass ware and trinkets. Im sure Ill bend my Ring Wrap many more times in my life and Ill take it to him every time.

Kayla Parma Visited on May 18th, and received wonderful service from a lady I did not catch the name of! Both ladies working were super personable and fun. I purchased a new earring and one of the ladies helped me change out my piercing earring and put in my new one!! She absolutely did not have to, but the fact that she did - and helped my mom and I the entire visit was amazing. I wish I caught their names, but they did not disappoint, and I will be back for future purchases!!

Sherry Gaible James Avery never has a sale but they did offer a good deal on their charms. So, I gathered the three adopted granddaughters and had a shopping spree this hot afternoon. I have been coming up empty for their birthday and Christmas gifts the past year or so. Starting a charm bracelet or add on necklace is a great way for them to design their own gift. This JA store seems brand new, but the very personable and helpful store manager, Karen, said the store is actually five years old. Could have fooled me. We had Karen and her assistant Morgan"s full attention for a good part of the afternoon. The brilliantly lit glass cases, with sample charms, were so enticing, but the girls (11, 9 and 7) made wonderful decisions on their own. I hope this is a tradition that we can keep for years to come.

Betty Peet I am new in town and needed some jewelry cleaned and an unusual change made to an old gold necklace. The Clerk spent a lot of time helping, advising and cleaning my pieces...while I waited, free of charge! The change on my other piece was made overnight, at a very reasonable cost, with an offer to buy back gold that was cut off the necklace. All of the transactions were above and beyond my expectations! Everyone was so nice and helpful, too!
