5 /5 Michael Desimone: James Covington and the rest of the team with Helzberg Diamonds did an amazing job helping me design my wife’s ring. We took an old 3 stone ring and made it completely new. We took the two outside diamond and used them in the new setting with a new, bigger center diamond and then we used the center diamond to make a custom necklace. I also came in on a busy Black Friday and got amazing service and was kept up to date every step of the way. Highly recommend Helzberg for custom pieces and any jewelry needs you may have

He wanted to treat me by upgrading my ring, but at the same time we didn’t want to replace it because it is a one of a kind estate piece that I love . Mika showed us that we could enhance it with different pieces. After a long time of going through all the options (I took my time), we found the perfect enhancement piece!!! I couldn’t feel more spoiled! It’s absolutely gorgeous. Thank you, Mika for doing such a wonder job with us!
