Summer Hill I am so happy this location is open. Very conveniently located. Clean store as always, and very friendly employees. The same services with welding is offered here as well. I had a bracelet sized down recently there,and it fits so much better. Raquel helped me today and she was fantastic helping me pick out a gift. I have loved James Avery since high school, and will always continue to do so!

I was in search of a reputable dealer that I could trust, and your establishment came highly recommended by a close friend. I made the call and spoke with Marcy. I relayed to her what I needed and that I was also interested in the Rolex line of watches. She quickly made me feel comfortable over the phone and upon arrival later that day she and your team welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Marcy took time with my wife to clearly understand what was her desired outcome and identified the repairs that were needed on the ring. In fact, she found damage to one of the prongs that we had not realized. While Marcy was working with my wife, she asked Conner to show me the Rolex line.
