5 /5 Hasan Ashqeen: Don’t listen to Google Maps: it tells you to go further and take exit 201 into an alleyway to go here. The ramp off the highway has barriers that make the turn practically impossible. Nevertheless, my mom was able to find a nice gradation gift here. Staff was patient, helpful, and provided good service.

1 /5 Jorge Loor: I have been buying Swarovski for my wife for years. We love the durability and beautiful shine. the quality is great we love the service. My wife has +50 pieces and twice we have gone out due to a warranty issue that happened a few days after purchase one time a stone fell off a ring and we had the stone and the ring. In the San Marcos store they came up with every single excuse not to exchange it or fix it. Once we went to another store (not in San Marco) they were so helpful and fixed the issue right away. Well I just bought my wife a ring two days ago; it was too tight so we went to the store where I bought it two days ago and they told me two reasons why they cannot exchange it. Went to another Swarovski and they exchanged it with no issue and they were so nice. Twice this has happened and I took the time to write this review because this store is an anomaly when it comes out to service in the Swarovski standards

1 /5 Sandra: Nice shop but you need to carefully pay attention to the prices applied by the cashier… I noticed it before paying and thought she applied the right price. It is only when I got back home and saw the receipt that I noticed she scammed me 10% (instead of 50% initially not applied). Just shop online if you don’t want to pay a price that is higher than written on the tag.

5 /5 Cynthia Murdock: I love to take the time to see what is new to me . They had a lady working on the floor who told me about the sales. She was very informative and helped me get an iPhone case. When she was taking my info realized that the last sale I had they didn’t finish my paperwork to keep me up 2 date w/sales and etc. It’s so important to do the 10 10 10 rule.
