5 /5 Phillip Flanders: All of my watch straps broke at once, so I stopped by Jared Jewelers just hoping to buy a couple of pins for my old watch. Heather offered to take a look and said she’d see what she could do. Just ten minutes later, she returned with the straps repaired and ready to wear — and she didn’t even charge me. Everyone in the store was friendly, but Heather’s kindness and professionalism truly made my day. Thank you, Heather!

I got a custom design wedding band that Ivan and Heather helped create. Their design process, getting a mold of the design and the final product was immaculate. Daniel and Denise provided exceptional service that made our 25th anniversary truly special! My husband and I were searching for a specific size in a natural cut diamond and the perfect band, but the diamond we wanted was at another store. Denise went above and beyond, personally driving to pick it up for us! Daniel guided us with patience and expertise, making the entire process seamless.
