While waiting, Irina helped me pick out a beautiful pendant for my fiance. I highly recommend this jewelry store!

Dannielle Molesworth Shopping Christmas Eve I received the most gracious help by two lovely women who were most helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel valued as a customer! I must say it is not common to get that in stores these days. When what I was looking for was sold out, they had ideas and options for me to look at so that I didnt leave empty handed! I spotted the Dot and Dash jewelry on my way out, I have a new found love in this design of jewelry!

Justin was very knowledgeable & although he was unable to purchase those particular pieces from me-he was able to point me in an another direction for those items. I had some other random stuff that he was able to purchase and even gave me a price that i was very pleased with. I was impressed and returned with other items this afternoon. I do plan to return soon & hopefully Ill be able to mark another task completed on my list... Thanks again, Justin, for being very professional and pleasant while taking care of business.

Thomas Stinson Every jeweler and watchmaker in town quoted me over $100 and told me i would have to wait several days for a simple glass change in my citizen eco-drive (a very common mid-range watch). Hary was extremely professional and quick with my repair and knew exactly what to do upon seeing my watch. I paid around $50 and even gave him a tip because he did the job same-day. Please support this small business!

Cyndi Matteson When my son decided he was ready to buy a ring for his girlfriend, he asked for my help. The only person I would consider to help with this task is Jay Horgan, owner of Houston Diamond Outlet. I called Jay, explained what my son was looking for and Jay told me to come on down and he has exactly what my son was looking for. Within a few weeks, the decision was made and the ring is perfect! Cody Owens I went into the store looking for a gift for my fiance but had no idea what to get her. The girls working were very helpful and assisted me in picking out a great gift of a navajo turquoise piece, a candle, an outfit, and they even gift wrapped it for me. My fiance was thoroughly impressed with the gifts that the girls helped me pick out and she told me " feel free to shop there anytime for me!" Needless to say I will be returning. Great customer service, great selection even for men.
