I cant stress enough how amazing these people are. I am building a memorium for my wifes grandfathers 5 kidsafyer his passing. The flag and shell casings from the 21 gun salute from the service went to their step mother so they didnt receive anything. The amazing people and shields of strength were so understanding of what I was trying to do and helped me find the perfect items to go with each flag. Diane Shepherd Max fixed my wedding ring after it got ripped off my finger. Not only was the band broken, but the setting was a mess from a previous repair that wasn’t done well. He put so much care into it, making 32 different welds to get it back to looking brand new and making sure it was strong again. When I got it back, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was! So shiny, like the day I first got it. I had forgotten how shinny and beautiful it used to be. Max does amazing work and truly takes pride in what he does.

Betty Peet I am new in town and needed some jewelry cleaned and an unusual change made to an old gold necklace. The Clerk spent a lot of time helping, advising and cleaning my pieces...while I waited, free of charge! The change on my other piece was made overnight, at a very reasonable cost, with an offer to buy back gold that was cut off the necklace. All of the transactions were above and beyond my expectations! Everyone was so nice and helpful, too!

A visit here is “exploring”, not shopping. So many treasures and treats from the past. It’s more than jewelry. It’s a history lesson. Even the location is historic. It once was a bank (as you can tell from the building’s architecture and safe in the back). We’ve been coming to McKinney for six years now (just moved here permanently) and this store is one of our first stops each visit. Go check it out.
