5 /5 Sarah Jane: Great store, always have had a great experience when I have shopped here. They try to get your bracelet back as quickly as they can when you get charms added. Very helpful as well when I have either just stopped by to look or pick up

1 /5 Janet Moya: I really love the jewelry but now that I have had this experience, I will probably never shop from them ever again the employees are so rude only care about getting the line out of the way. If I could report the manager all the managers there, I honestly would to corporate and let them know how they treat their customers. Definitely not the experience I was expecting to get and I hope that there is some sort of training for them because they definitely need it !!!! I am totally disgusted!

5 /5 ann busker: Best customer service ever!!!!! First was to ask questions and look at charms in stock. All my questions were answered by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Second visit was to pick up online order. Order was completed sooner than expected. When picking up the order, I was able to examine merchandise and she helped put it on my wrist. I had a friend with me and he recieved great service that day too!

1 /5 Dulce Loera: I was there today at the Bastrop location and the employee who helped me was rude to my daughter and me. First of all she did not greet us when she was going to help us. Her face looked if she was already upset as we approached the counter. She was rude when we needed help looking for a ring size. At the end she did not even say thank you at all.

1 /5 Priscila Martinez: I love James Avery but the employees at this store are absolutely awful!!! We were completely ignored while other people kept coming in and they were assisted but we weren’t. We waited and no one assisted us. I’ve been to this location before and never had an issue but this experience was the worst. NOT a place for POC all the other customers who were helped were white but we (POC) were ignored. DO BETTER BASTROP LOCATION
