Sarah Jane McLean Anyone complaining about price tags or service obviously didn’t go into the store to spend money in the first place! The owner Alex is so very polite and eager to deal. His work is beautiful, he is amazingly talented. Never go by the price tag in a jewelry store. Always intend to negotiate with the salesman and like any other deal, the price comes down per piece when you buy more. My camera doesn’t do this piece justice. So well made and sturdy.

The staff was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They took the time to perform the repair process shortly after arriving. The attention to detail was great, the turnaround time was quicker than expected, and I was able to walk out with both my watches functioning again!
