Jorge Uvina Cristian and Toneil are amazing! They took the time to help find the perfect ring for my fiancé and went above and beyond in everyway! Not only did i walk in for 1 ring i left with 3 rings and got a great deal for all 3! They made sure everything was exactly what i wanted and werent pushy in the process, they let me lead and they followed! i cant express enough how great the experience was especially because i was very stressed walking in to it. Dung Le I trusted James Avery that they would actually put the right pendent in. And no I did not order cowboy boots. I give them 2 stars because when I went the woman who helped me was very kind. I could give 1 star because now I need to go back tomorrow to get the right gift I was going to give. The manager needs to train whoever packaged this and have a system for curbside where they show you what you purchased before putting in the back seat. Overall, this is managements fault and the people who put the necklace in the bag. I should of checked right away when they gave it to me but it’s okay. Train better for the holidays is all I am saying. If they gave me the wrong gift I’m sure another customer got the wrong gift. Update: Darlene helped me with this situation and gave me better explanation to what happen. Thank you for your help and being kind.

Dianna Lorenzo Went in to buy a new charm for my bracelet, ended up purchasing 2 new charms and got a free bracelet. The manager was friendly and helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. The manager also cleaned my other pandora bracelet while I was completing my transaction.
