Amanda spoke to us and helped us as we were just browsing engagement rings with no idea what we were doing.She was so sweet and knowledgeable on the type of rings i would be interested. Alicia Barton My husband and I had been hunting for a replacement for my original wedding ring set. Everywhere we looked was too expensive, or the associates were too pushy, or judgmental of our budget. However STEVE at the GRAPEVINE Marquise Jewelers was so kind and patient with us. We had left the store, then come back right before closing. Even after we had purchased a set, and it was shipped to me, we discussed resizing at length. THEN after shipping it back to him to possibly resize, I had completely changed my mind about the set. He was still so patient with me, making sure that I got the ring that I truly wanted. Thank you, Steve, from the bottom of my heart. We WILL be back for a wedding band. PS They truly take care of their out of town customers!

Thomas Stinson Every jeweler and watchmaker in town quoted me over $100 and told me i would have to wait several days for a simple glass change in my citizen eco-drive (a very common mid-range watch). Hary was extremely professional and quick with my repair and knew exactly what to do upon seeing my watch. I paid around $50 and even gave him a tip because he did the job same-day. Please support this small business!

She designed a ring just for me without any input from me, and when it came in the mail I was FLOORED. It has become my signature piece that I wear everyday. I trust this girl with my life! She takes a personal interest in your life as it pertains to jewelry. Shell even look at your wardrobe (or ask you for outfits of your spouse if its a gift), and curate options that fit your style! Trust her judgement - this girl is GOOD. She does everything - she buys gold, she can repurpose the gems of sentimental pieces... shes incredible. Theres no one out there like her.

I took a ring that was handed down to me and has been in my family for five generations now, and Raluca helped me to figure out what to do in order to make the ring like new again. The jeweler rebuilt the prongs, resized and rhodium plated the ring for me, and it turned out fantastic. Now I am able to wear the same ring that my great-great grandfather wore many years ago. I am super happy with the service they provided, and highly recommend Classique Jewelers.
