brianna horner I brought my ring in with a badly damaged prong, and Jordan did an incredible job fixing it. He explained that the end prong was almost completely torn, so he rebuilt it in a stronger profile style to prevent the same issue from happening again. He also reinforced another prong, kept the design consistent, and even straightened the head since it had been a little crooked. My ring looks beautiful, feels secure, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail he put into the repair. Highly recommend!

Long story short, after a rather unfortunate incident that required my ring to be cut off my finger, I was heartbroken and brought my ring to Avior. I had already been in the idea of replacing my center stone and they assured me they could do it and fix my ring at the same time.
