Nikki Simmons A Friend of Nans had came into my work and mentioned she does engraving and my engagement ring was broken and had to be re engraved. The lady politely said she doesnt work with jewelry and told me about Nan. So I contacted Her via email of her site and she reached out to me very quickly. She had me come to her shop in Mckinney and I showed her my ring. She told me to contact the company that made my ring first to see if they would replace it. The company told us they wouldnt do anything for us. So I let Nan know what they said. She told me she was worried my ring would break even more with being repaired so she told me my options and I picked out a differnt band and she was able to send me 2 gorgeous ideas for the new ring and we ordered my wedding band. So we go to pick up the wedding band and in there is my band and my original engagement ring. She had fixed it! This women just went above and beyond. I couldnt believe it. I just cant say enough about this lady and her business.

kelojamalsparks Never been here before, my daughter needed a prom dress and the store manager Octavia was the most kind hearted young lady and very respectful. She made sure she took the time to be patient with my daughter because she was so indecisive. But great store loved the windows and whoever the stylist are did a very good job on those mannequins. When you walk in its smell so good and clean! Whoever is the manager over this store needs a raised forsure.

I love the bracelet because I can put it on and off myself. It adds the perfect little bit of bling. And then there is the anklet!!! My anklet took a few minutes and is goregous. Absolutely love it. Staff is super professional and extremely knowledgeable. She pays attention to the smallest detail. Can’t wait to get another permanent accessory!!! We had a custom engagement ring designed here, where we were able to bring in family rings and they were able to remove the stones to use in the new ring.
