5 /5 Marjorie Gant: I had a small repair on a bracelet that I had. I brought it to Ambers and was waited on promptly. They filled out the invoice and told me what was due when I picked it up. I got a call 2 days later that it was ready to pick up. Both employees that waited on me were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ambers Jewelry store in Katy, TX to everyone.

5 /5 Elaine Milstead: Amber is a wonderful creator and owner. With exceptional staff. I have used her for over 20 years for personal designs as well as repairs. She never disappoints. And yes I drive 50 miles to use her, I learned the hard way to get quality. My poor wedding ring has ben back to the jewelers twice to a local Shop Sense February And for the third, I ended up at Amber‘s because I knew she could fix it proper.

5 /5 Susan Mendes: Amber’s came highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint! I brought in a vintage Gucci watch for a replacement battery, certainly not a high-dollar transaction. However, when I told Amy, my sales associate, what I was there for and that I wanted to give it to my daughter for her birthday, I was made to feel as if I was purchasing a diamond! The customer service was top-notch, especially when this “simple fix” became something a little more and had to be sent off site. I told Amy I had to have it back within a week and they did everything they could to make it happen. Thank you Amy and thank you Amber’s for taking care of my needs and going above and beyond. I’ll certainly be back!

5 /5 Morgan Miller: I brought my engagement and wedding ring here after damaging it when it got caught on my closet piece and bent badly out of shape. They were able to fix and clean both of my rings and they look brand new again!! They were even able to accommodate an expedited timeline for me as we were leaving to go out of town and I really wanted to be able to have it back before I left. So impressed by the customer service here and I will definitely be back!! They also cleaned my mom’s ring when I came to pick up for no charge!
